Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated on an individual Product's page and/or from time-to-time in our Announcements panel we ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.  You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

All shipping times provided at checkout are estimates unless you have chosen an express delivery service that comes with a service time guarantee (i.e. 3 day select, 2 day air, overnight).

Shipping charges are calculated and paid at the time you place your order.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you received a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from any refund provided upon acceptance of the returned item(s).

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  In most cases, you, the customer, are able to choose the service at time of checkout.  Note that USPS First Class Mail shipments WILL NOT PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS AND WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping Carriers and Services for International Orders:
    • DHL (eCommerce or Express)
    • UPS (Standard or Worldwide Expedited)
    • In most cases, you, the customer, are able to choose the service at time of checkout.
  • Duty and Taxes for International Orders:
    • Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) - Duties and taxes are automatically calculated and included at checkout so that you, as the customer, WILL NOT face any unexpected fees upon delivery.
